At Pryzaa, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After 12 hours, orders may have already entered processing, packing, or shipping stages and can no longer be cancelled.

If a cancellation request is submitted after an order has been processed or shipped, the order will continue to delivery. Customers who no longer wish to keep the item may refuse delivery upon arrival or initiate a return after receiving the package in accordance with our return policy.

Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In original condition
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Free from stains, makeup, or damage
  • Returned with all original tags attached

Items that do not meet these conditions may be sent back to the customer.

Return Method

Returns are issued as store credit.

Once your return is received and processed, you will receive a store credit code by email that can be used for future purchases.

Store credit allows you to easily order a different size or style.

Return Shipping

United States Orders

Return shipping within the United States is covered by us.

A prepaid USPS return label will be provided after contacting our support team and receiving return authorization.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

Return Processing Time

After we receive your return:

  • Returns are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
  • You will receive your store credit via email.
  • If a refund to the original payment method is approved for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items, it may take up to 10 business days to appear in your bank account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us before returning the product.

Email us with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue
  • A short description of the problem

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement item
  • Store credit
  • A full or partial refund
  • Reimbursement for repair costs, where applicable

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact our support team before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

If an order has been successfully delivered and the merchandise has not been returned to Pryzaa, a chargeback may be challenged using delivery confirmation, carrier records, customer communications, and return policy disclosures.
